Curriculum

The curriculum organizing framework is based on Maslow's Theory of Basic Human Needs and Erickson's Theory of Growth and Development.  These theoretical models provide an organizational format for the various program components and guide the instructional and evaluation methodologies.

The nursing process is implemented utilizing a 'wholistic' approach in ensuring health promotion among patients, families and communities through preventive, maintenance and restorative strategies.

The graduates will demonstrate legal, ethical, professional responsibility and accountability within the regulatory framework of practical nursing practice.

The school is committed to produce graduates equipped with the necessary theoretical and clinical knowledge to function as practical nurses in a variety of health care settings.  The curriculum is designed to be academically sound, practice oriented and financially feasible.
