Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is to educate our students to meet the diverse needs of the community they serve by building trust through collaboration and by practicing person centered care.
We support a philosophy that is 'wholistic' in nature. A 'wholistic' approach addresses the totality of the individual's physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual and economic needs.
Therefore the Curriculum is organized on Maslow's Theory of Basic Human Needs and Erickson's Theory of Growth and Development. These theoretical concepts are integrated and threaded through our programs.
